Honey mask
Apply a honey mask to your face once or twice a week. Honey has always been known for its antiseptic qualities – housewives have been applying it to scalds and wounds for years. It’s also rich in vitamins. Honey's antibacterial properties is great for disinfecting and healing minor blemishes. Moreover, it's gentle to sensitive skin. I recommend a simple face-mask: 2tsp plain yoghurt, 1tsp runny honey, and 1tsp oats. Rub into the face and leave to dry. Remove with a hot, damp cloth. The yoghurt cleanses, and the oats exfoliate.
